The Charlotte Sting Complimentary Ticket Program is designed to distribute tickets to North and South Carolina charities and youth organizations who are doing good work in the community. The mission of the ticket program is to allow organizations to recognize hard work, achievement and success of the people they serve. The tickets are not given without merit.

ELIGIBILITY
• Due to the overwhelming number of requests, complimentary tickets are limited to one request per organization during an WNBA basketball season.

Note: If you are requesting tickets for a large organization (such as the YMCA, Department of Social Services, Boys and Girls Club, etc.), please specify which group, branch, center, unit or agency you are with. This will help us determine which division of your organization, if any, has previously been considered or awarded complimentary tickets.

APPLICATION PROCESS
• All requests must be made using the Complimentary Ticket Request Form. Click on the link to access the form.

• Requests for specific games are not considered.

• No organization will receive more than 50 tickets per game.

PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST
• Once the Complimentary Ticket Request Form is received and your group is approved, you will be added to the Complimentary Ticket waiting list. If tickets become available for your group, you will be notified at least two weeks prior to the game.

• Complimentary Tickets for groups are chosen at random.

• If your group is unable to attend the chosen game for Complimentary Tickets, your name will be placed back on the waiting list.

• Groups who do not use the Complimentary Tickets issued to them will lose eligibility for future Complimentary Tickets.

• Applying for Complimentary Tickets does not guarantee your organization tickets.
