Share on FacebookSACRAMENTO, CALIF., April 12, 2006 - The 2006 WNBA Champion Sacramento Monarchs announced today that forward DeMya Walker is the proud new mother of a baby girl, Zachara Catherine.
Zachara was born on April 11, 2006, at 8:34 p.m., weighing 7 pounds, 5 ounces and measuring 19 inches long.
Mother and child are doing well. Walker is currently living in Houston and will remain there during her maternity leave.
