Minnesota Lynx Release Center Petra Ujhelyi

Minneapolis/St. Paul - The Minnesota Lynx today announced the team has released center Petra Ujhelyi. The Lynx signed Ujhelyi to a free agent contract on March 16.
A 2003 graduate of the University of South Carolina, Ujhelyi spent the 2004 WNBA season on the Washington Mystics roster before being released on June 29, 2004. Ujhelyi scored three points in 18 minutes of action in the Lynx’ three exhibition games.
The Lynx concluded their 2005 preseason schedule May 14 with a 91-66 loss to the Connecticut Sun at Williams Arena. The team opens the regular season on May 22 in Houston against the Comets.
