Wow!!!! Put a woman on TV, no matter what the reason, and what do you think the odds of her being overly emotional are? Come on now, Trista, you're sucking the life right out of me. I am making a couple of predictions right now: she will cry at every rose ceremony and she will fall in love with someone during each date she goes on until the next date, when she falls in love with someone else. I don't understand how Trista can get so upset because Brook is bothered by the fact that she doesn't like horses. She's got allergies, people, she can't change that but she can decide to not spend the rest of her life carrying around a box of Kleenex and sounding like she has a pound of phlegm caught in her lungs. She doesn't have to justify her decision to everyone she denies during the rose ceremony…it is in fact her show.
Speaking of annoying men that are making their way up on my "Dump the Dumb A@&" list, let's talk about our stand-up comedian Rob. Last episode I was glad that she kept him. I thought he was funny and was bursting with personality unlike several of the guys on the show. Man, did this guy take a complete nose dive off of my "Keep the Cutie" list. Rob, buddy, there is funny and then there is trying way too freaking hard to be funny. He is past the funny stage…way, way, way, way past the funny stage.
Now, before I give my predictions for next week, I want to talk about what happens when you have fifteen guys living in a sweet "bachelor" pad and what happens when you have fifteen girls living under the same circumstances. Gee, let me think. As we have seen during two seasons of the Bachelor, most girls will sit in the house doing their nails, writing in their journals, sunbathing by the pool and, at any chance they get, talking about one or more of the other girls in the house behind their backs. Guys, on the other hand, will party and drink until someone gets sick enough to pass out on their bed and be carried out of the house, with their bed, without knowing what is happening. Let me tell you, that is why I hang out with guys. Never a dull moment!!!! There is a definite difference between parties girls throw and parties guys throw with kegs and pool. I'll just say I've never been one of those girls to dance around with curlers in her hair.
But let's move on, shall we? Who do we think will make the final cut next week? I think that Bob, the sensitive, shy guy, will make it down to the wire, if not to the final cut. (So far he is my favorite). Ryan definitely will make it past next week's rose ceremony. I think he has made an impression on Trista for various reasons that will ensure him a rose and most likely a private date with Trista. Then there is Charlie. You can tell that Trista definitely likes this guy. This is the man that she practically gasped at when he stepped out of the limo on the first episode. She hasn't had a ton of private time with him, but I think it is because she already knows she likes him and wanted to spend time alone on the group dates with people that were on the edge for her. However, I can see him getting a private date as well. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. I think if you asked Trista right now, she wouldn't know either.
Until next week's episode when Trista cries yet one more time!!!!
