A media veteran for the past 26 years, Vince Bailey is in his second season as the Public Address Announcer for the Dream.

Vince began his career as a United Way volunteer reader for the blind in his hometown of Gary, Indiana. For the past thirteen years he has operated Vince Bailey Productions, a full service audio video production and consulting company based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Past clients include the National Forest Service, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, UnitedHealthcare, SCLC, and Job Corps Centers around the country. He is a professional announcer for college and professional sporting events and broadcasts, and continues to provide voice talent for commercial clients nationwide.

Vince has served on many boards and committees including: Youth Council Chair and Vice Chair of the Fulton County Workforce Investment Board, the Georgia Black United Fund, the Atlanta Business League Board of Directors, Atlanta Job Corps Community Advisory Council and the Fulton County Schools Career and Technical Education Advisory Council. He is also a member of the DeKalb County and Georgia Black Chamber of Commerce’s as well as the South DeKalb Business Association.
