Most Proud Of: I am most proud of going after my dream of being a Crimsonette at the University of Alabama. It was a HUGE turning point in my life and one of the scariest things I have ever done. Tryouts are extremely intimidating, you really learn alot about yourself after getting up on that stage in front of so many people and alumni. You have two minutes to show them "what you've got" and why you deserve a spot on the team. I had an amazing coach that taught me so much about myself. She always seemed to know just how to push me. I truly believe that I am who I am today because of the experience. The moment they called my name out I became a part of a sisterhood that will last in my heart forever. Roll Tide!!!
Most Memorable Moment As A Performer: Definitely the first time I marched on the field at Bryant Denny Stadium in front of 90,000 screaming Bama fans. It was so loud that I couldn't even hear the band! It was overwhelming and the most exciting day of my life, I thought my face was going to break I was smiling so big! I had chills the entire time through pre game...IT.WAS.AMAZING!!!
Favorite Part About Being A Shooting Star: Words cannot describe how much I love to dance and perform. Everything in the world seems to make sense when I'm in front of a crowd getting to do what I love...DANCE! The energy you get from the fans is impossible to describe. I feel so blessed to get the opportunity to be part of such a great team and organization. I've already formed a huge love and respect for my coach and teammates. It's going to be a great season :) GO DREAM!!!
