Alisha Deneen begins her fifth season with the Lynx and her second as the team's head athletic trainer. In addition to being responsible for every aspect of the Lynx' training room operations, Deneen works closely with the team's medical staff in monitoring the players' physical condition as well as the evaluation and treatment of injuries.

Deneen began her career working as the assistant athletic trainer at Northwestern College in Roseville, Minn. In October 2000, she served as the equipment manager and assistant athletic trainer for the WNBA On Tour 2000, a postseason all-star tour. Deneen has also worked as an athletic trainer covering athletic events at area high schools and colleges within the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

A 1998 graduate of Bethel College in St. Paul, Deneen majored in athletic training and received a minor in health and athletic coaching. Deneen, an avid Timberwolves and Minnesota Twins fan, resides in Vadnais Heights, Minn.
